 The management of Intellectual Property (IP) rights involved in a study or an R&D project is described in a Contract offered by Chris Arnold Real estate to the Client covering three aspects: Management of IP production: The management of IP rights distinguishes IP rights resulting from the project (Generated Rights) from existing rights (Prior rights). Previous rights are not transferred by the Contract (except in special cases). The Rights Generated depend on the type of project as follows, but can be adapted or modified. In a CAD Design project, the Rights generated are fully transferred to the Customer. In a contracted R&D project, the Rights generated are transferred to the Client in his field.
